   From budgeting to choosing materials. You are in control of the budget at any time during the project. We don’t upcharge for materials or external trade work. But you can absolutely take advantage of our trade discounts which can save you up to 20% on material costs. 

2. Fixed Fee
   When you work with us, you don’t pay for overhead. We cut out the things that cost you extra money, like an upcharge on materials. We only charge you a fixed fee to manage your house-building project.

3. Honest Consultation
   Our role is that of an independent consultant. Together with you, we choose the best person/trade for the job as well as the products and materials that are the best fit for your home. Building a trusted relationship is the number one priority for us. We don’t avoid uncomfortable conversations if they come up.

4. Individual Choice
   You are free to choose the products and materials of your preference. Your choices are not bound to the mainstream standard that you see in many other new house builds. When we feel that something is not in your best interest we will openly share our ideas with you so you can make the choice that is best for you.

5. Sustainability
   We help you to reduce your environmental footprint and save up to 30% of your energy bills by building your home with an Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) basement. ICF foundations offer more controlled, consistent insulation from cold and moisture, are stronger and more durable over time, and are more energy efficient than poured foundations.
